i found the staff were invested in each guest, it. we got a double room and upon arrival found we had a complimentary upgrade. i stood in my pyjamas facing the park, it was an experience.
breakfast wasn't included, so it was quite expensive for me and my family. i was charged a lot for a basic buffet. parking also cost extra unless you booked direct with the hotel.

Check-in featured a smooth process. My room had a spacious layout.. it was very clean. The bed provided excellent comfort.

the room was clean and had everything i needed.
The room was very cold. I rang reception. they brought a fan heater. It only worked for a few minutes before blowing cold air. i complained again, but reception said they would look at it, so i was freezing my entire stay. There was no apology.

damp roomunpleasant odour
the room felt damp. the sheets had a bad odor, i did expect cleaner bedding. breakfast was a chaos with no plates, bowls or glasses available. staff did not seem to care about the guests discomforts.

The room included environmentally friendly toiletries. I found a refreshments tray with hot chocolate and shortbread biscuits (always a plus!). The television was large and I could watch it from the bed.
